MOKB On Man In Gray

In anticipation of their upcoming Midwest Music Summit appearance, My Old Kentucky Blog has something to say about Man In Gray:

Man In Gray plays a brand of that new-wave, NYC post-punk that those kids love so well. Unlike of so many of the “blog-popular” bands of this ilk coming out of NYC, Man In Gray is female fronted. Tina DeCosta does the wailing. Obvious comparisons to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs abound, but you gotta then mix in some Clash and a little Sleater-Kinney riot-grrlness. No matter who you compare them to, they’ll make you dance and that’s good with me.
