Live This Week: May 7-13

We would like to point out that this week marks the return of two great bands that haven’t played live in quite some time. And both are playing really great shows. The Unsacred Hearts haven’t played live since the Serious Business Records CMJ Showcase back in early November and we happen to know that it’s quite unlikely you’ll have the opportunity to see them live for again for many more months. So, make sure to be at the Ruined Music One Year Anniversary Party at The Delancey On Tuesday (which we are co-DJing with Rob Holmes of Morning Theft).

And The Secret Life Of Sofia hasn’t played live in the city since October. They’ve been holed up writing and recording material for their first full-length album, so we’re willing to bet there’s a pretty impressive live show waiting to spill out of them on Saturday when they play at Pianos as part of a stellar lineup of bands.
