We decided to head to Magnetic Field for their last Saturday night show before they close. Dagger God — aka Goes Cube, fresh of a SXSW-centerpieced tour — were playing and it’s always great to see a band play when they’ve just returned from tour because they’re usually playing as tight as they ever have and seem happy to be home, which makes for impressive shows.
