Ear Farm likes not only the Unsacred Hearts‘ album, In Defense Of Fort Useless, but also their live show:
Live, they were everything I could have wanted and more. It was the sound of four guys reminding New York what it means to have a blast playing rock/punk-rock. Their show, a virtual auditory viagra for the [...]

Crackers United has photos from last week’s FRICTION party up over at Flickr, including shots of the Unsacred Hearts and The Big Sleep.

Those Crackers United folks sure know how to book a bill. Last night’s FRICTION was quite the show. Two of our favorite bands, Unsacred Hearts and The Big Sleep, played stellar sets. We were especially excited to hear a new Hearts song called “Fake Kisses.” And we’re now convinced that The Big Sleep may be [...]

We really love the Unsacred Hearts‘ recently released album, In Defense Of Fort Useless. And we’re not the only ones. Here’s what others have been saying:
The PhiLL(er):
The record notes the newish garage rock sound, but draws mostly from earlier punk and garage rock stylings. In other words, as compared to recently popular rock bands, guitars [...]

We’re not sure why we didn’t blog this sooner, but both the iOs and Unsacred Hearts are in the running to be The Deli Magazine’s band of the month for June. Please show them your support and go vote.

We managed to keep busy while the website was in hibernation:

We finally gave in and established a presence on the all-pervasive MySpace.
We helped plan and co-host a couple of shows at Asterisk* in conjunction with The Deli Magazine, includng such bands as The Fatales, Unsacred Hearts, The Standing Nudes, Hypertonics, Dirty Excuse, The Pink [...]
