chopshop is a band that writes and performs solid, thoroughly arranged music ranging in tone from more upbeat indie-pop numbers to somewhat dirge-like contemplations. We’ve put together a number of shows with them over the past couple of years and are proud to have them joining us once again for the StereoactiveNYC Official CMJ Showcase at the Delancey on Saturday — they’re on at midnight.

The CMJ Music Marathon has begun! And we’re looking forward to our own showcase this Saturday, October 24th, at the Delancey, featuring nine great bands! Here’s the full line-up:

Looking for something to do for Labor Day? The Delancey is presenting a free show this evening, featuring two for one drinks all night and chopshop playing at 10pm. There’s also $5 BBQ on the roof from 7-10pm.
